Fly Over Helles Lager
“Helles” simply refers to the fact that something is “pale in color” as these beers are often golden to a very light yellow. The German-style helles lager is a bit rounder or fuller-bodied than typical light lager and pilsners. This lager is the answer to the search for a clean, crisp beer. Unlike the traditional pilsner, the Helles underplays the noble hop additions, allowing the malt character to really break through with a bready softness that finishes clean and crisp.

Jeffe-Weizen Hefeweizen
Simple in make up: almost indictable amounts of German noble hops, and a simple grain bill of pale, wheat and pilsner malts. The banana-clove character created in this beer is the result of a well known Munich yeast and is the bridge that mends the characteristically high carbonation and soft wheat mouthfeel together. This beer is delicious - full stop.

Millwright Blonde Lager
A nod to the traditional German Kellerbier — literally “cellar beer” — cold-conditioned and served with its natural softness intact. Unfiltered with a light haze, it’s deeply drinkable, built around a gentle malt character that recalls fresh bread crust, subtle honeyed grain, and a quiet touch of toast. Fermented cool with a traditional Bavarian yeast, it finishes clean yet expressive, carrying a faint rustic edge that feels freshly drawn from the cellar. Unhurried, softly textured, and quietly complex, this is a Kellerbier made for long conversations and slow appreciation.

Moehn Reboot American Lager
A nod to the pre-prohibition lagers that laid the foundation for American beer, specifically here in Burlington. Crisp and light golden in color, it has a soft, approachable body laced with rich,
grain-forward flavors. Subtle notes of fresh bread, gentle cereal sweetness, and a touch of harvested grain speak to the tradition of early American malts. Finished with a careful balance of hops and yeast, it offers a quiet floral and earthy lift, keeping it lively and quenching. Smooth, clean, and effortlessly drinkable, the Moehn Reboot is a lager that honors the early brewing days of Burlington.

Bison's Jaw Kotbusser
Brewed with floor malted old world Pilsner and wheat, layered with oats, honey malt and molasses to add a bit of complexity. The unique puzzle of the Bison’s Jaw is brought to completion with German noble hops and an old world European yeast delivering a slight herbaceous-tart undertone, and floral-lemon bouquet of aroma.

Back Roads Bock
Our Bock is a traditional strong, malty, big-bodied, light-amber, Bavarian lager. This lager has light toasted quality with medium-low toffee and bready undertones. This bock is crafted on a large floor-malted German pilsner base then blended with Munich and Vienna malts, and touched up with aroma and coloring malts. This is a perfect lager to enjoy after a long day on our Midwestern back roads!

Creamsicle Daydream Sour Ale
Remember chasing the ice cream truck on those hot summer afternoons, hoping the ice cream man still had a creamsicle left? It’s time for the grown-up version. We carefully crafted that memory into our newest sour. Bright, fresh organic oranges and luscious vanilla cream come together in this smooth, kettle-soured ale — brewed with just enough flaked oats for a soft body that makes it dangerously drinkable from the very first sip.
